Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will act as the strategic business leader for the property's culinary operations, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets/catering. This senior position is responsible for shaping and executing departmental strategies that align with the brand’s service standards and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that meet brand target‑customer expectations and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering functions.
• Monitor financial performance, review budgets, and recommend capital expenditures for equipment and renovations.
• Ensure employee satisfaction and high service standards across the department.
• Collaborate with property leadership to deliver a return on investment and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale F&B operations in a hospitality environment.
