About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead the entire F&B division of Hyatt Regency Dehradun, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This senior position balances business management, marketing, and guest experience to drive profitability across all outlets and banquet spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and compliance with brand standards.
• Act as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B department, developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Ensure each outlet and banquet function operates profitably while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to align F&B initiatives with overall hotel objectives.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of the department.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in a large property.
• Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
