Director - Media Effectiveness

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Media Effectiveness to lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap that enhances marketing measurement and drives tangible business outcomes. Based in Bangalore, the role will work closely with media, data science and client teams to deliver cross‑channel performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for marketing effectiveness, incorporating measurement, simulation/forecasting and scenario planning.
• Harmonise online and offline channel performance using MMM, MTA, test & control methodologies to provide a unified cross‑channel view.
• Facilitate client data acquisition for ROI analysis, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with the Media team to design cross‑channel measurement plans, KPIs and align with campaign objectives.
• Drive the evolution of measurement practices by introducing innovative test designs.
• Continuously refine and enhance analytics and optimisation models in partnership with the data science team.
• Develop replicable models, tools and templates that are scalable across clients.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and decision support to inform marketing budget allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in media effectiveness or related marketing measurement roles.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver business impact.
• Experience collaborating with media, data science and client teams.
• Track record of developing scalable measurement tools and models.
• Capability to handle ad‑hoc analytical requests and support decision‑making.
