Dining Attendant – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

The Dining Attendant position is a full‑time, on‑site role at IIDL Suites in New Delhi. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the dining area, guide them to their seats and provide menus or information about food and beverage options.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and presentation in the dining space.
• Keep buffet or service stations consistently stocked and neatly arranged.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Handle basic billing or order notation as required.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Support the overall guest experience during all meal periods and special events.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service (restaurant, café or hotel dining operations).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene protocols and manage basic dining setup, serving and clearing tasks.
• Basic numeracy and organizational skills for handling orders, simple billing and kitchen coordination.
• High reliability, punctuality and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform active tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in hotel or suite‑style properties is an advantage.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; hospitality‑related training or certification is a plus.
