Digital Practices & AI Adoption Lead – HR

About the role

Lead the digital transformation of the HR function by driving AI, automation, and data‑driven practices across the employee lifecycle. You will define and execute the HR digital roadmap, enable enterprise‑wide AI use cases, and build digital capability within HR to improve efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR digital and AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Identify high‑impact AI and automation opportunities in talent acquisition, learning, performance, workforce planning, and HR operations.
• Partner with IT, Digital, Data teams and external vendors to implement scalable solutions and ensure responsible AI governance.
• Lead workshops to prioritize use cases, develop business cases, and drive pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise‑scale rollouts.
• Manage change and adoption, set adoption metrics, and drive stakeholder communication.
• Build AI literacy and digital fluency within HR through training, communities of practice, and innovation forums.
• Strengthen data‑driven decision‑making with dashboards, predictive analytics, and ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, HR, Digital Transformation or related).
• 15–18 years total experience, including ~10 years in HR digital transformation for large organizations.
• Prior experience in core HR roles leading strategic initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years leading AI‑driven HR use cases.
