Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns across search, social media and email channels to drive traffic, engagement and conversions for our e‑commerce platform. Based on‑site in Moradabad, you will collaborate with product, operations and support teams to deliver data‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns on search, social and email platforms to increase traffic and conversions.
• Create, schedule and publish content for social media accounts.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with product launches and promotions.
• Conduct competitor and market research and recommend improvements to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing knowledge with proven ability to run multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience managing social media profiles and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation to generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Moradabad, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills
