Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online marketing initiatives and accelerate e‑commerce growth in Udaipur. The role owns customer acquisition, retention, brand presence, and digital performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e‑commerce goals.
• Plan, run, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms and marketplaces to meet ROAS, CAC and revenue targets.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, on‑page/off‑page optimisation and content planning.
• Oversee CRM and retention activities such as email, SMS and automation workflows.
• Manage social media presence, content calendars, influencer partnerships and community engagement.
• Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and produce performance insights and reports.
• Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing and collaboration with UX teams.
• Coordinate agency partners, freelancers and internal creative, tech and merchandising teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
