Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing initiatives across Meta, Google and India’s top marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. The role sits at the crossroads of growth, data and execution, driving end‑to‑end performance from acquisition through conversion and repeat purchase for our D2C brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces in line with sales calendars and festive events.
• Collaborate with marketplace points of contact to monitor performance, identify trends and execute real‑time adjustments.
• Manage paid media on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to achieve full‑funnel growth.
• Lead creative testing across formats, audiences and landing pages to improve ROAS.
• Own budget planning, allocation, pacing and efficiency across all channels.
• Track daily performance metrics, conduct deep‑dive analyses and diagnose issues to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑paced D2C brand or agency.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end media budgets with clear accountability for results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive into data, dashboards and insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with internal teams, external partners and marketplace contacts.
• Bias for action, ownership and continuous improvement.
