Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and improve conversion across the product funnel. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM‑focused marketing campaigns in line with business goals.
• Utilise marketing tools such as Moengage and Clevertap for campaign creation and automation.
• Collaborate with design, product and sales teams to produce compelling marketing collateral.
• Track performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Conduct market research to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign execution or a similar role.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
