Hair Category Executive

About the role

Plum is seeking a Hair Category Executive to own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution for haircare products. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch new items, ensure channel readiness, and drive early‑stage performance across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive GTM readiness and execution for existing and new haircare launches across marketplaces, retail and salon channels.
• Coordinate creation and deployment of product listings, PDPs, sales enablement assets, consumer videos, salon events and launch collaterals.
• Lead project management for new product development, existing product updates and product renovations, tracking milestones across R&D, packaging, sourcing, regulatory, supply chain, marketing and sales.
• Own the first 0‑6 months of each launch, monitoring sales, ratings, inventory, search visibility and consumer feedback.
• Partner with supply‑chain teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment and ensure inventory availability.
• Maintain launch dashboards, trackers and performance reports, providing insights for category reviews.
• Act as the central coordinator across marketing, growth, sales, marketplaces, retail, supply chain and product development during launch periods.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in category management, brand operations, project management, GTM, product marketing or business operations.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
