DevOps/MLOps Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a DevOps/MLOps Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and operation of end‑to‑end MLOps and LLMOps pipelines. You will work with large language models in cloud environments, ensuring they are production‑ready, scalable, and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full lifecycle MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, from model training to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Automate model deployment, scaling, and management for large language models on cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both traditional ML and LLM models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Create data pipelines and orchestration workflows using tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow.
• Develop robust monitoring and alerting for model performance, reliability, and health.
• Optimize deployed models for cost, speed, and accuracy, including GPU/TPU acceleration.
• Maintain version control, governance, and lifecycle management for all models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, with at least 2 years focused on LLMOps for large language models.
• Proven track record of deploying and managing ML models at scale in cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for building production‑grade AI systems.
