DevOps Engineer – Hybrid & Multi‑Cloud

About the role

Conviva’s Operational Data Platform helps leading media brands understand and optimise digital customer experiences in real‑time. We are seeking a dynamic DevOps Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience to bridge our on‑premises infrastructure and expanding multi‑cloud footprint (AWS, GCP, OCI).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing, scaling and maintaining on‑premises infrastructure while expanding environments across AWS, GCP and OCI.
• Design, implement and audit secure authentication and authorization workflows (OIDC, SAML, Cloud IAM, least‑privilege policies).
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable and rapid code deployments.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate root‑cause of distributed system issues.
• Embed security best practices into the infrastructure lifecycle (vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance‑as‑code).

Required profile

• 3–5 years in a DevOps, Site Reliability or Systems Engineering role.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP or OCI) and ability to translate skills to the others.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (managed or bare‑metal).
• Ability to quickly learn new cloud providers or tools and apply them effectively.
• First‑principles troubleshooting mindset and a strong automation‑first attitude.
