DevOps Engineer for Clinical Trial Platform (iTakeControl)

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the iTakeControl team in Pune. The role will support a GxP‑compliant clinical trial platform, working closely with the Clinical Research group and US‑based stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the platform’s existing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, transitioning them from the outgoing vendor.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure that hosts multiple dedicated client instances.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of client environments to ensure repeatable and reliable releases.
• Manage release pipelines for backend, web, and mobile components, supporting frequent deployments.
• Implement security, compliance, and secrets‑management automation across the platform.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with US‑based teams, providing overlap during US business hours for releases and incident handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and focus on delivery performance.
