Developer Marketing Manager

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its Developer Marketing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid‑media and broader marketing campaigns that engage developer audiences, build community loyalty and amplify the AWS brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid‑media and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all developer‑focused assets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, channel programs or paid‑media management.
• Proven ability to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of using metrics to improve performance.
• Experience collaborating with large cross‑functional teams and external agency partners.
