Demand Planning Expert - Power Tools

About the role

The Demand Planning Expert will own the forecasting and supply coordination for Bosch's Power Tools portfolio. Working closely with business units, sales, and logistics, you will ensure accurate demand signals and smooth material flow across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute demand planning for core and event demand at the business‑unit level, covering SKU, warehouse, CSO and customer dimensions.
• Provide final demand inputs for supply and inventory planning, including standard demand, phase‑in/phase‑out, new launches, promotions and cannibalisation.
• Lead demand validation within the S&OP process and collaborate with BU, logistics and sales teams.
• Maintain forecast quality and report related KPIs.
• Control day‑to‑day finished‑goods supply, manage exceptions from plant, buy‑out suppliers and distribution centres.
• Conduct monthly Demand Review Meetings with ChiP to align on demand fulfilment and resolve exceptions.
• Initiate corrective actions for supply issues such as transportation delays, working with GS/OSD and logistics partners.
• Monitor material availability at central and local distribution centres and maintain inventory structure and material master data with ROP.
• Support overstock and non‑moving stock (>180 days) management, coordinating with sales and marketing to define corrective measures.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business operations, sales and marketing on supply‑related topics.
• Maintain and update master data in SAP (P13, PCD, Add‑one).

• Experience in demand planning and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
