Delivery Rider – Fast‑Commerce Logistics

About the role

OZi is looking for energetic Delivery Riders to join its fast‑commerce network in Delhi. As a Rider you will be the face of the brand, ensuring parents receive their baby‑care essentials quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customers within the promised 60‑minute window.
• Plan and follow optimal routes using map and navigation applications.
• Handle packages with care, verify order contents, and obtain digital delivery confirmations.
• Process cash‑less payments and manage any on‑site issues in coordination with the operations team.
• Maintain the assigned two‑wheeler in good condition and adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

Required profile

• Strong navigation and route‑planning abilities.
• Good communication skills for courteous interaction with families.
• Reliable time‑management and ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and access to a well‑maintained vehicle where required.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with map navigation applications.
• Basic digital literacy for using smartphone order‑management apps, digital payments and delivery confirmations.
