Delivery Partner

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery team as Delivery Partners. You will be responsible for picking up grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores and delivering them safely to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery and daily‑need orders from the designated store or dark store.
• Deliver orders to customers on time, following the route and instructions provided by the delivery app.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle orders carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Complete deliveries efficiently according to assigned routes and delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own a 4G Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Possess a valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own a bike or scooter suitable for deliveries, with a valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents.
