Delivery Executive – Publications Distribution

About the role

Expressbee is seeking a full‑time Delivery Executive to join its on‑site team in Tangi‑Chowdwar. You will be responsible for the safe collection, transport, and delivery of publications and related materials to designated locations, ensuring timely distribution and a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily delivery routes based on schedules and local geography.
• Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to verify shipment details and prepare loads.
• Transport publications safely, adhering to all safety and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and any customer interactions.
• Handle customer queries at the point of delivery, providing courteous service.
• Perform routine checks on delivery tools and vehicles, reporting any issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process.

Required profile

• Strong service delivery mindset with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in program or project management to coordinate schedules and operational tasks.
• Consulting and sales abilities to understand customer needs and support promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with local routes and geography in and around Tangi‑Chowdwar.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or operations, preferably within publishing.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages and adherence to safety policies.
