Delivery Boy – Grocery Orders (Okhla)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Boy to join our grocery delivery team in Okhla. You will be responsible for picking up orders from the assigned store and delivering them safely and on time to customers using our delivery app.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery orders from the designated store.
• Deliver orders promptly while following the navigation instructions provided in the app.
• Maintain polite and professional interaction with customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of each delivery.
• Use the company delivery app to accept, track, and manage orders.
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Own a two‑wheeler suitable for deliveries.
• Smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
• Ability to use delivery and navigation apps effectively.
