About the role
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Boy to handle grocery orders, ensuring they are picked up from the store and delivered safely and on time to customers. The role involves using our delivery app to manage orders and provide a professional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up grocery orders from the assigned store.
- Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers.
- Follow delivery instructions and navigation guidance provided through the app.
- Maintain polite and professional behavior during all customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of each delivery.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler (motorbike/scooter).
- Smartphone with active internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Ability to use delivery and navigation apps effectively.
