Courier Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Courier Operations Manager to manage and coordinate with courier partners and ensure smooth day-to-day courier operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, resolving operational issues, managing escalations, and ensuring timely delivery and service as per agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations with all courier partners.
• Coordinate with courier teams for pickup, delivery, RTO, and undelivered shipments.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely tracking updates.
• Follow up on pending pickups, delivery exceptions, and shipment‑related issues.
• Handle escalations with courier partners and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor courier partner performance and identify operational gaps.
• Ensure shipments are processed and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Accounts teams wherever required.
• Track and resolve shipment‑related complaints and operational issues.
• Prepare and review courier performance, shipment, and operational reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5‑6 years of experience in courier operations, logistics, e‑commerce operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in handling multiple courier partners is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of courier, logistics, and shipment operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for operational reporting.
• Experience in managing courier partners and third‑party logistics vendors.
