Data Scientist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bosch Group, is looking for a Data Scientist to design and implement AI/ML solutions that drive business value across its units.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data‑driven opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns and generate insights.
• Design, develop and deploy customized machine‑learning and AI algorithms.
• Create scalable, reusable models that can be applied across multiple business units.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and data‑driven storytelling.
• Develop interactive dashboards with Power BI to communicate results.
• Lead product and project initiatives while mentoring team members.

Required profile

• B.E. degree (or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of professional experience in data science or related fields.

Required skills

• Python for data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering and model development.
• Machine‑learning techniques: regression, classification, clustering, support vector machines, decision trees, random forests, neural networks.
• Statistical methods: design of experiments, forecasting, segmentation, uncertainty analysis.
• Web frameworks: Flask or Django.
• Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS, with containerisation using Docker.
• CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Power BI for interactive dashboard creation.
