Data Products Architect (M/F/D)

About the role

As a Data Products Architect you will join BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad to design, develop and maintain the data product layer of the Enterprise Data Lake built on Azure PaaS services. You will work closely with product owners, architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure big‑data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, extend and optimise the data product layer of the Enterprise Data Lake using high‑quality code, automated tests and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to understand data requirements and propose suitable Azure‑based solutions.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for data processing workflows.
• Troubleshoot data and software issues, optimise pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and compliance with the latest big‑data technologies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working in an agile, cross‑functional team.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
