About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI/ML Design Engineer to join the NE-VM AI solution development team at Bosch Group in Bangalore. You will design, build, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models and data pipelines that improve feature development, system performance, and software processes for automotive applications.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement end‑to‑end ML models (computer vision, sensor fusion, predictive maintenance) for embedded automotive hardware.
Develop and maintain data pipelines that ensure high‑quality, secure, and AI‑ready data.
Integrate AI solutions on hosting platforms such as MiDAS, Modanna, and Codemate.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile methodology to deliver AI features.
Monitor model performance and optimize deployments using Docker, Kafka, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong background in data engineering and deep‑learning model development.
Experience working with embedded or automotive software environments is a plus.

Required skills

Programming languages: Python, Java, C, SQL.
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB.
Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code, IntelliJ, Anaconda, Docker.
Frameworks/Libraries: Flask, Streamlit, Pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, Hugging Face.
Concepts: OOP, RESTful APIs, Agile methodology, data analysis, model training & evaluation, NLP, sentiment analysis, prompt engineering.
Technologies: Apache Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ChromaDB.
