Customer Support Executive – Bangalore & Chennai

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our teams in Bangalore and Chennai. The role focuses on delivering prompt, high‑quality assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and satisfaction remains high.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries and concerns.
• Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams for order updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers at all times.
• Track, follow up, and close queries within defined service timelines.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
