About the role
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our ClaimIt team, helping patients file their pre‑ and post‑hospitalisation insurance claims. You will make outbound calls, explain the service and guide patients through the claim process, working remotely with a stable internet connection. This role is part of a fast‑growing health‑tech startup focused on improving patient experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients and introduce the ClaimIt platform.
- Assist patients in starting their insurance claim journey during the call.
- Follow up on warm leads and ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (healthcare or insurance experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English and Kannada and/or Malayalam.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
