Customer Success Manager – Spanish Fluent

About the role

VWO is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English to help clients improve conversion rates using our experimentation platform. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with sales, account management, and technical teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success of an assigned portfolio of customers, guiding them on metric tracking and conversion‑rate strategies.
• Design, implement, and manage experimentation programs that drive measurable improvements.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and deliver operational and methodological training.
• Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
• Drive retention by minimizing churn and contraction across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with a proven record of increasing satisfaction.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
