Customer Success Business Partner (Enterprise Planning)

About the role

As a Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan, you will act as a strategic advisor and transformation partner for enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable business outcomes using Anaplan’s AI‑infused planning platform. You will own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—while driving ROI and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture C‑suite relationships (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CDO), lead Executive Business Reviews, and align Anaplan capabilities with strategic priorities.
• Drive ROI and adoption across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage, monitoring platform health and mitigating renewal risks.
• Identify and expand AI‑driven use cases across Finance, FP&A, and Supply Chain planning, collaborating with Sales and Partners to grow the account.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs across Product, Support, and Community teams while managing escalations.

Required profile

• 8+ years in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, presales, consulting, or technology implementation, with a proven record of renewals and expansion.
• Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Supply Chain planning, and strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Hands‑on consulting or implementation experience with Anaplan or comparable platforms (OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC/SAC, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related field; MBA or CA is a plus.
