NetRTech Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its Ahmedabad team. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established service processes.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and quality.
• Achieve defined customer service and performance targets.

• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Willingness to work rotational or night shifts as required.
