Customer Service Representative

About the role

Speedair Freight Solution is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Ahmedabad office. You will be the first point of contact for clients using the company’s international courier services, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and their experience remains positive.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a courteous and timely manner.
• Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update shipment tracking information.
• Collaborate with on‑site team members to uphold service standards.
• Support the overall customer experience by following company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency and data‑entry capability.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking and communication tools.
• Good email communication skills.
