Customer Service Representative – Ahmedabad

About the role

NetRTech Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join its Ahmedabad team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established service processes.
• Manage multiple interactions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient, positive, professional, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Attention to detail and willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
• Prior BPO or call‑center experience is a plus, but freshers with good communication are welcome.

Required skills

• CTC ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹38,000 per month.
