Customer Service Representative – US Night Shift (Kolkata)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to support our US e‑commerce customers from our Kolkata office. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours and offers a dynamic, fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and general support.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Identify potential sales opportunities during interactions.
• Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Prior experience handling US customers is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work a hardcore night‑shift schedule (US shift).
• Availability on weekends with rotational week‑off patterns.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling capabilities.
