About the role
Virtual Nexgen Solutions is seeking professional Customer Service Representatives to serve as the voice of the business during US business hours. The role involves handling customer inquiries across phone, email and other channels, ensuring high satisfaction and accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls with a courteous and helpful tone.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars and update bookings.
- Enter and maintain customer information in various CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on interactions and task completion.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English with a clear, easy‑to‑understand accent.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as CSR, support or administration.
- Professional, confident and empathetic approach to service.
