Customer Service Caller – Mumbai

About the role

AlphaNeon Studioz is seeking a motivated Caller to join its on‑site team in Mumbai. In this full‑time position you will handle both outbound and inbound calls, building positive relationships with clients while delivering accurate information about the company’s OTT offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone to answer inquiries, provide details on movies, series, music and other content.
• Generate leads and schedule follow‑up calls to support business growth.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s system.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer relations are a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle inquiries clearly and courteously.
• Good organizational abilities to keep accurate interaction logs.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities.
