About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate – Voice to provide bilingual support to its clients. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound voice interactions, delivering high‑quality assistance in Spanish and English, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve routine customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and precedents.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service targets.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules as required.
Required profile
- Any graduate degree.
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with customer care, communications, and customer experience concepts.
