Customer Service Associate

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate you will be the face of the brand, creating positive experiences for every customer who walks through the doors. You will assist with product inquiries, process purchases, resolve issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction while upholding brand values and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle product, pricing and availability inquiries and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Manage returns, exchanges and customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store front‑end area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and inventory teams to fulfill orders promptly.
• Promote current offers, upsell relevant products and collect customer feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in food retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, approachable and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts.
