Customer Service Analyst – Voice (Spanish)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Customer Service Analyst – Voice who will provide Spanish‑language support to its North American customers. The analyst will handle inbound calls, translate customer inquiries, and resolve lower‑complexity issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage voice calls in Spanish, delivering accurate information and solutions.
• Analyze and resolve lower‑complexity customer problems following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal peers and update supervisors on case status.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Work rotational shifts as required to cover service hours.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Any graduate degree.
• Expert level proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Strong call handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow moderate level instructions.
