Customer Relationship & Optimizely (Episerver) Specialist

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced professional to manage and enhance customer relationship solutions using Optimizely (formerly Episerver). The role focuses on improving customer engagement and digital experiences for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and analyse customer journeys to design scalable Optimizely‑based solutions.
• Configure, customise and support Optimizely CMS, Commerce and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, marketing teams and project managers to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, optimise user experiences and provide ongoing support, training and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Digital Experience Platforms or Optimizely (Episerver) implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalisation and DXP.
• Knowledge of CX, CRM processes, content management and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client‑facing skills.
