About the role
PhonePe is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join its fast‑growing Customer Experience Operations team in Bangalore. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants and users resolve issues quickly while feeding valuable insights back to product and engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end resolution of customer problems across payments, recharges, and financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, fraud, operations) to improve processes and reduce friction.
- Gather real‑time feedback and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the PhonePe platform.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track key performance metrics.
- Escalate complex cases to senior leadership when needed.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Customer‑centric mindset and a passion for solving problems.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in a customer support or advisory role, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
