About the role
Join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Customer Contact Communications Associate. You will handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Manage escalated issues and complaints, working to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Close faults and complaints within defined SLAs.
- Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors, following moderate‑level instructions.
- Work rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Adaptable and flexible, able to perform under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and ability to build client relationships.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
