Custom Software Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance bespoke software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing applications that meet specific business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and lead the development team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make key technical decisions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide innovative solutions to problems for the immediate team and across the organization.
- Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to raise overall team capability.
- Monitor project progress and guarantee timely delivery of application features.
Required profile
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a university degree).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
