About the role
Join Meijer’s family‑focused team as a Curbside Clerk, where you will ensure a fast, friendly, and accurate pickup experience for online customers. This onsite position supports the store’s curbside service and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive daily order workflow from the dashboard and fulfill each order accurately.
- Select, bag, and stage products following store standards and food‑safety guidelines.
- Greet customers at the curbside pickup area, answer questions, and collect payment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to bagging standards.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating to leadership when needed.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a Meijer store or similar retail environment preferred.
- Previous cashier or point‑of‑sale experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Awareness of food‑safety regulations and detail‑oriented work habits.
