Culture Program Manager – Employee Engagement

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Business Solutions Center is seeking a Culture Program Manager to lead its GBSC Culture Network. You will inspire a worldwide community of employees, volunteers, and leaders, driving programs that boost engagement, onboarding, learning, and social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the GBSC Culture Network, overseeing volunteer recruitment, governance, planning, and success measurement across committees.
• Design and execute culture initiatives that support employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, and social impact.
• Partner with committee leaders, sponsors, and subject‑matter experts to deliver programs globally.
• Create compelling communications and presentations to promote culture, drive participation, and showcase impact.
• Track participation metrics, analyze employee feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Support town halls, panel discussions, and other internal communication events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize people around cultural activities across functions and geographies without direct authority.
• Experience with internal communications, event planning, and project management in a global organization.
• Strong partnering skills with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
