CSW Integration Specialist

About the role

The CSW Integration Specialist will design and maintain an integration and verification environment that accelerates development and release cycles through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. The role serves as the main liaison for global stakeholders, ensuring transparent progress and risk‑free delivery of automotive software.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for QNX and Linux based automotive applications.
• Act as the primary contact for global stakeholders, providing status updates and risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks, overseeing quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between development, testing, and client teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Lead technical reviews, measure performance, and drive automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or MCA.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive software integration on QNX/Linux platforms.
• Proven technical leadership and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience working with distributed, global teams.
