About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Creative & Personal Assistant to work closely with the founder on content production, business tasks, and day‑to‑day operations. The role is based in Gangtok and offers a flexible, non‑traditional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and schedule social‑media content and manage content calendars.
- Assist with research, brainstorming, and generation of creative ideas.
- Support basic finance, admin, and business operations.
- Participate in filming, video editing, and other content‑creation activities.
- Explore and apply AI and other creative tools to improve workflows.
Required profile
- Smart, confident, energetic, curious and driven.
- Quick learner who can take initiative without detailed instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the content landscape.
- Willingness to work from cafés, home, shoots and various locations around Gangtok.
