Creative – Apple Retail

About the role

As a Creative in Apple Retail, you will lead Today at Apple sessions that inspire customers to explore and enjoy the Apple ecosystem. You will create engaging, hands‑on experiences that help shoppers set up their devices and discover new ways to use Apple products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions that encourage strong customer participation.
• Generate excitement and enthusiasm for Apple products and services through programming and events.
• Create interactive experiences that help customers get the most from the Apple ecosystem.
• Recommend solutions that meet individual customer needs and support device setup.
• Utilise internal support resources to assist customers who want to expand their technical knowledge.
• Perform additional customer‑facing tasks on or off the sales floor as needed.
• Foster an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Retail, sales, or related work experience.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Experience with teaching, public presentations, or live‑audience facilitation (preferred).
• Ability to adapt facilitation styles to diverse learning needs (preferred).
• Understanding of the benefits of the Apple ecosystem and ability to influence others.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
