About the role
We are looking for a reliable Courier to join FedEx’s ground operations team. You will be responsible for handling pick‑up and delivery tasks, both domestic and international, while ensuring safety and timeliness at our stations and hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform ramp and sort operations at station and hub locations.
- Execute courier and dispatch duties, including on‑road pick‑up and delivery.
- Handle picking, packing, and loading of shipments.
- Provide customer service during hand‑overs and deliveries.
- Support both domestic and international shipment movements.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities.
- Good interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
