Cost Controller

About the role

Ramboll is seeking a Cost Controller to join its Cost Management team within the global finance organisation. Based in Noida, you will act as a trusted finance partner for the company’s support functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving cost‑optimization initiatives across more than 35 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for financial results, planning and budgeting for the support organization.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, cost tracking and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous cost‑improvement initiatives and support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports covering approximately DKK 14 billion in revenue and 100 reporting entities.
• Partner with senior management, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to navigate a matrix environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights.
• Experience as a finance partner or controller in a multinational setting.
