Corporate Trainer – Communication & Professional Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to elevate the communication, confidence, and professional effectiveness of our growing team. You will design and deliver high‑energy training sessions that reinforce business etiquette and executive‑level interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams, both live and virtual.
• Enhance verbal and written business communication across the organization.
• Teach professional etiquette, executive‑level interaction skills, and workplace best practices.
• Facilitate role‑plays, mock conversations, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
• Coach team members on confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Identify individual development needs and provide structured feedback.
• Develop training materials and learning programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Support onboarding and continuous capability development initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness and report on employee improvement.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in corporate training, L&D, communication or sales training.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills.
• Proven experience training young, fast‑growing teams.
• Ability to deliver practical, high‑energy training sessions.
• Solid understanding of professional communication and workplace etiquette.
• Experience in B2B, technology, consulting or professional services is a plus.
