Corporate & Business Lawyer (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate & Business Lawyer to provide strategic legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Australia, Poland, India, and the Philippines. You will ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, manage contract negotiations, and support corporate governance while minimizing legal risk globally.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on legal matters in India, USA, Australia, UK, Germany, and Poland.
• Conduct monthly compliance audits, manage insurance matters, and support customer audit activities.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other legal documents.
• Protect intellectual property and coordinate litigation with external counsel.
• Develop and improve legal processes, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Delivery teams.
• Respond to legal queries within two hours and maintain transparent communication.
• Support content development for marketing and branding, and travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in corporate legal work or internships.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multi‑jurisdictional legal matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and document‑review abilities.
• Effective communication skills for global, cross‑cultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Word.
